Reducing CPA & Scaling Profitably
CouchHaus faced a twofold challenge: lowering its Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while scaling sustainably. Initially, a high CPA limited their ability to acquire new customers efficiently without excessive marketing spend.
Marketing Efficiency & Revenue Growth
As CouchHaus prepared to open its first retail location in South Vancouver, the pressure was on for the Ecommerce side of the business to drive revenue until in-store sales gained traction. This required digital channels like Google and Meta to not only increase revenue but also improve profitability to support overall business growth.
How We Helped
Introduced a creative testing framework on Meta to ensure only high-performing assets were used across the funnel.
Revamped lead generation campaigns, testing multiple objectives (DMs, forms, quizzes, swatches) to optimize for high-intent leads--all delivered straight to the sales team.
Expanded to Pinterest to strengthen top-of-funnel efforts, recognising that each sale represents a net-new customer acquisition for the business.
Achieved target scaling and business growth in 2024 while maintaining a strong MER of 10-12%.
