Customers looking for natural products may be price sensitive due to not understanding the quality, sourcing and benefits justifying the higher cost of the product while also competing against cheaper, lower - quality products on the market makes it difficult to increase overall AOV

Fern and petal faced a challenge understanding their CPA and what consists of a healthy CPA. Initially, it was higher than desired, impacting their ability to efficiently acquire new customers without overspending on marketing efforts.
How We Helped
We have continuously tested different campaign strategies each month until we found a solid result leading to a healthy increase in performance. We scaled back on spend until we figured out what worked in the account. Once we saw positive results and lower CPAs, we slowly started scaling the account.
During the initial couple of months we implemented an offer generator sheet which focused on increasing AOV rather than solely focusing on discounting strategies.
We carried out a creative audit, created content and tested multiple variations in the account, optimised top performing creatives and implemented results into current strategy. One of our creatives generated over 6X in ROAS
