Expansion and Performance of US marketing campaigns
Before Tuff Media took on this account, Sports Excellence was struggling with performance in campaigns targeting the United States. These were drastically underperforming from a ROAS and conversion value standpoint.
YOY growth and inefficiencies
The POC complained of significant overspends and a performance drop in one of their busiest seasons heading into Summer - Baseball. Since the Monthly budgets of Ad spend are determined based on last year's overall performance this had a negative impact on this year's revenue goals and targets. (We had to do more with less).
StackAdapt Performance
Sports Excellence had previously intended for Stackadapt to be used as Awareness campaigns only as they struggled to find conversions/revenue and a positive ROAS In the channel.
